Victoria Garcia and founder of EM-Vision started her healthcare adventure in 2004. A driven professional and strategic planner with over 18 years of experience in RCM both in an operation and support role. Committed to increasing revenue, maximizing performance, and providing the highest level of satisfaction by working with internal and external stakeholders to strive to be best in class. She has worked in a corporate and non corporate setting which has taken her to great levels when it comes to experience and best practices. She holds certifications from a known organization as a Professional Biller, Coder (professional and hospital setting) and Practice Manager. In her many years in the healthcare field one thing was always apparent the lack of processes in place and the lack of regard for client;s revenue. People have been complacent on just doing the bare minimum. At one point in her career she was told that she was being too sensitive to the provider's needs. That was the turning point in her career and the reason you are reading this bio. That was the drive she needed to stand unique in the industry. People often confuse a person being sensitive from a person who has drive and passion. Victoria had passion and drive. She didn't look at sensitivity as a weakness. She saw it as a strength. We would not be employed in the healthcare industry if the provider's needs did not come first. She believed that no matter how hard the job was, she would tackle it head on. The dedication she had with her work and her clients set her apart among colleagues. She is a well rounded RCM individual who has been in multiple roles in the industry such as a Biller, Coder, Supervisor, Manager, Analyst and Consultant. • Performed Chart Audits to decrease denials and improve documentation for reimbursement purposes.

• Created a Standard Document for Client On-boarding.

• Developed and Implemented RCM workflow that increased revenue by 20%, reduced A/R by 40% and decreased denials by 30%.

• Managed a Team of up to 15 staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable.

• Established a dedicated Transplant and Infusion billing and collection team.

• Developed Training Manual’s on Billing and Collection Payer 101 for the newly built Transplant and Infusion Pod.
